Alamo, Feb 15 – Fred Smith died at the home of his parents Monday morning at 4 o’clock with tuberculosis. He was 28 years old and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Smith of this place. Besides his parents he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Mood Holman residing east of Waynetown and Mrs. Williard Shanklin of Alamo. The deceased was very well known among the younger set of this place and was liked because of his genial disposition. The funeral will be conducted at the home Wednesday morning at 10 o’clock. Burial will be at Alamo. -kbz
